• Follow instructions provided by BulkSwap staff during setup, the event, and teardown.

Vendors may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse of venue property or provided equipment.

To ensure everyone has a great experience:

• Be respectful to guests, vendors, volunteers, and staff.
• Keep walkways clear and your vendor space organized.
• Follow all venue safety requirements.
• No harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or disruptive conduct.
• Follow instructions given by BulkSwap staff and venue personnel.
• Have fun and help create a positive environment for the community.

BulkSwap reserves the right to remove any attendee or vendor whose behavior negatively impacts the event.
